All arrangements are customized and will not be duplicated.

We allow 1 week production time to complete all custom arrangements. We will notify you if it has to be extended as the volume of orders increases.

We only require a 50% deposit to start your order. You will receive an official invoice confirming the total cost. All floral arrangements or service will be reviewed before final payments are made.
All payments are made prior to delivery or shipping. 

Customers are limited one revision due to any damages during shipping and handling. If any damages occur, we ask that you share a clear photo of the damaged item. Returns must be made 2days after items has been received in order for the item to be refurbished.

According to our Policy the customer is required to return or ship their order to us within 2 business days so that we can refurbish them at no cost, Failure to do so will result in us not rendering any service free of charge. We’re sorry for any inconvenience on your order.
