Our Policy
OUR ARRANGEMENTS
All arrangements are customized and will not be duplicated.
TURN AROUND TIME
We allow 1 week production time to complete all custom arrangements. We will notify you if it has to be extended as the volume of orders increases.
PAYMENTS
We only require a 50% deposit to start your order. You will receive an official invoice confirming the total cost. All floral arrangements or service will be reviewed before final payments are made.
All payments are made prior to delivery or shipping.
SHIPPING & HANDLING
Customers are limited to one revision for any damages during shipping. If any damages occur, we ask that you share a clear photo of the damaged item. Returns must be made 2days after items has been received in order for the item to be refurbished.
RETURNS
According to our Policy the customer is required to return or ship their order to us within 2 business days so that we can refurbish them at no cost, Failure to do so will result in us not rendering any service free of charge. We’re sorry for any inconvenience on your order.
CARE INSTRUCTIONS
Once you have received your items, we ask that you please handle them with care and have them placed in a safe environment. We are not responsible for refurbishing any items due to natural damages beyond our control (weather, animals, etc.) All arrangements are made with artificial plants and accessories, please do not water them.
